DesignThat Cloud offers two distinct developer hosting plans:

Free Developer Plan
Duration: The Free Developer Plan is available for a maximum period of 90 days.
Upgrade Requirement: Upon reaching the 90-day limit, users must upgrade to a Usage-Based Developer Plan to continue using the Services.
Email Services: Please note that Developer Plans do not include email accounts.
Usage-Based Developer Plan
This plan offers a flexible, pay-as-you-go structure, allowing developers to customize their hosting resources based on their specific needs:
No Setup Fees: Get started without any setup costs.
Web Traffic: Unlimited web traffic is provided, subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 10GB. For more details, refer to our terms.
SSD Storage Space: R5 per GB of SSD storage space.
SSL Certificates: Unlimited free SSL certificates are included.
MySQL Databases: R2 for each MySQL database.
PHP Versions: Access to the latest PHP versions at no additional cost.
FTP Accounts: Unlimited FTP accounts are provided.
Website Builders: Access to free website builders.
Parked Domains: R5 for each parked domain.
Subdomains: R1.50 for each subdomain.
Add-On Domains: R15 for each add-on domain.
Email Services: Please note that Developer Plans do not include email accounts.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
The Unlimited Web Traffic offer is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 10GB. If usage exceeds this limit, DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including throttling bandwidth or requiring an upgrade to a higher plan.

Termination of Free Plan
Automatic Termination: The Free Developer Plan will automatically terminate after 90 days unless upgraded to a Usage-Based Developer Plan.
Data Retention: Upon termination of the Free Developer Plan, all data associated with the account will be retained for a grace period of 14 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

Payments and Billing
Billing Cycle: The Usage-Based Developer Plan operates on a monthly billing cycle.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other methods specified on our website.

Modifications to the Terms
DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability
DesignThat Cloud will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of business.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
