Please carefully read and understand the following terms before proceeding with the registration process.

a. Eligibility: By registering a domain with DesignThat Cloud, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

b. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. It is crucial to maintain up-to-date contact details associated with your domain registration.

c. Ownership: While DesignThat Cloud is listed as the registrar, you retain full ownership rights to the registered domain. You have the authority to transfer the domain to another registrar, following the applicable procedures.

2. Payment and Renewal

a. Fees: The registration fee for your domain will be clearly specified during the registration process. Additional fees may apply for renewal and transfer services.

b. Renewal Responsibility: It is your responsibility to renew your domain before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted ownership. Failure to renew on time may result in the loss of your domain.

c. Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewal options are available to facilitate continuous ownership. By default, auto-renewal may be enabled, and associated fees will be charged accordingly.

3. Domain Transfers and Renewal

a. Transfers: Should you decide to transfer your domain to another registrar, you must adhere to the designated transfer process. DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to deny transfer requests under specific circumstances.

b. Renewal Grace Period: While DesignThat Cloud may provide a grace period following the expiration date for renewal without additional charges, this is not guaranteed, and we retain the discretion to enforce renewal fees immediately upon expiration.

4. Domain Use and Restrictions

a. Lawful Use: You agree to use your registered domain in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

b. Prohibited Activities: Engaging in activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is strictly prohibited. Please refer to our AUP document for a detailed list of prohibited activities.
