In order to take advantage of this promotion, it's important that you review and understand the terms and conditions outlined on this page. By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase. - Eligibility: This promotion is only available to new customers who purchase one of our eligible hosting plans during the promotional period. Existing customers are not eligible for this promotion.
- Free Domain Name: Customers who qualify for this promotion will receive a free domain name for one year with their hosting plan. The domain name must be registered through DesignThat Cloud and cannot be transferred or canceled during the promotional period.
- Hosting Plans: Only certain hosting plans are eligible for this promotion. Eligible plans are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Promotional Period: This promotion is valid from April 13, 2023, until further notice. DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Payment Terms: The hosting plan purchased during this promotion must be paid in full and upfront for the entire duration of the promotional period. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the free domain name and the hosting plan.
- Renewal: After the one-year promotional period ends, the customer will be responsible for renewing their domain name and hosting plan. Fees for renewal are subject to change and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Account Termination: If a customer violates any of our terms and conditions or fails to pay for their hosting plan, DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to terminate their account, including the free domain name.
- Liability: DesignThat Cloud is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer as a result of using the free domain name or hosting plan.
- Modification of Terms: DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
- Age Requirement: Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase our hosting plans and participate in this promotion.
- Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, service marks, and copyrights, associated with DesignThat Cloud's services, are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property without our written consent.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be brought in the courts located in South Africa.
