Free Tier Account Activity Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality hosting services to our customers, including those on our free tier. To optimize our resources and ensure that we can continue to offer valuable services to all clients, we are implementing a new policy regarding account activity for customers on the free tier.
Policy Statement
Effective immediately, all hosting accounts on the free tier must show signs of activity at least once within a 30-day period. Activity is defined as any action that demonstrates the account is being used, such as website updates, content uploads, or logins to the hosting control panel.
Termination of Inactive Accounts
If a free tier hosting account shows no activity for a continuous period of 30 days, the account will be considered inactive. DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to terminate inactive accounts to free up resources for other users. Once an account is terminated, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Notifications
Customers will receive a notification via email after 25 days of inactivity, reminding them of the upcoming termination if no activity is detected. If the account remains inactive for the full 30 days, a final notification will be sent upon termination.
Reactivation
Once an account has been terminated due to inactivity, it cannot be reactivated. Customers who wish to continue using our services will need to sign up for a new account, subject to availability and current terms of service.
Exemptions
This policy does not apply to customers on paid plans. Customers on paid plans are not subject to the 30-day inactivity rule.
Policy Changes
DesignThat Cloud reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email and posted on our website.
